Abstract

               The objectives of the research article were (1) to study the level of creative leadership of weekend undergraduate degree program students, the Bachelor of Political Science (Government), Mahamakut Buddhist University, Silanchang Campus, and (2) to compare the creative leadership of weekend undergraduate degree program students, the Bachelor of Political Science (Government), Mahamakut Buddhist University, Silanchang Campus, classified by their gender and age. The population of the research was a total of eighty-four weekend undergraduate degree program students, the Bachelor of Political Science (Government), Mahamakut Buddhist University, Silanchang Campus; the seventy samples were selected through Krejecie and Morgan’s calculating table. The instrument used for data collection was the five-point rating scale questionnaire with its reliability of 0.97. The descriptive statistics used for data analysis comprised of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation; the inferential statistics used for the hypothetical test consisted of the t-test and the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). In case the paired differences were found, Fisher’s Least-Significant Different method would be utilized.  


               The research results were as follows:


                    1)  The creative leadership of weekend undergraduate degree program students, the Bachelor of Political Science (Government), Mahamakut Buddhist University, Silanchang Campus, was found to be overall at a high level. Separately considered, vision was found to be at the highest level, and creative thinking was found to be at the lowest level.


            2) The comparison of creative leadership of weekend undergraduate degree program students, the Bachelor of Political Science (Government), Mahamakut Buddhist University, Silanchang Campus, classified by their age, was found to be overall different at a statistically significant level of 0.05, but it was not found different, classified by their gender.
