EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION OF PHRAPARIYATTIDHAMMA SCHOOL UNDER GENERAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT IN ROI ET PROVINCE

Abstract

               The objectives of the research article were (1) to study educational administration of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools under General Education Department, Roi Et province, and (2) to compare educational administration of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools under General Education Department, Roi Et provinces, classified by the research samples’ sex, age, and educational level. The samples of the research were school executives, teachers and academic personnel. The instrument used for data collection was the three-part questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis included the descriptive approach; mean, standard deviation, and percentage for each respondent’s general information, and the inferential approach: t-test and F-test in comparison of educational management in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools under General Education Department, Roi Et province.

               The research results were as follows:

               1) The level of educational administration in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools for General Education Department, Roi Et province, was found to be overall at a moderate level.

                2) The comparison of educational administration in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools for General Education Department, Roi Et provinces, classified by the respondents’ different age, was found to be different at a statistically significant level of 0.05, but it was not found different, classified by the respondents’ different gender, educational level and work experience.
