SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION ACCORDING TO SARANIYADHAMMA 6 OF PHRARIYATIDHAMMA SRICHANWITTAYA SCHOOL, DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL EDUCATION

Abstract
This research aimed to (1) study school administration according to Saraniyadhamma 6, and (2) presentation guidelines for school administration main Saraniyadhamma 6 the Phrapariyattidhamma Srichanwittaya school, Department of General Education. This research is a mixed method research. The sample was 320 persons of the Phrapariyattidhamma Srichanwittaya school, Department of General Education. Statistics were frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation. And interviews with 7 qualified persons to find out how to develop, analyze data with content analysis.
The research result found that (1) The school administration main Saraniyadhamma 6 the Phrapariyattidhamma Srichanwittaya school, Department of General Education was found at a high level. (2) Guidelines for the management of school education Saraniyadhamma 6 of Schools is Administration should promote and support the use Saraniyadhamma 6 integrated into the education agency entirely. Measures to promote the cultivation strengthening the moral education of personnel. A concrete and constant practice. Create harmony in the academy. Examples of personnel in schools. Not partisanship cooperation as one solve problems together and coordination system encourage employees to participate in the education field by offering all four issues. Needs of each show comments the benefits to schools.
