ADMINISTRATIVE INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT OF LUANG PU SRICHAN VANNABHO CHARITY SCHOOL IN LOEI PROVINCE

Abstract

               The objectives of the research were (1) to study the administrative problems based on missions of Luang Pu Srichan Vannabho Charity School, and (2) to develop the administrative innovation of Luang Pu Srichan Vannabho Charity School. The study was conducted by the qualitative research methodology. The in-depth interview was used to collect the data on the school’s administrative problems from seven key informants, and the focus group discussion was used to collect the data on the school’s administrative innovation development from six key informants.

               The research results revealed that 1) Luang Pu Srichan Vannabho Charity School was confronted with a shortage of operational personnel, physical problems, and insufficient budgets and materials, and 2) the school’s administrative innovation “co-use, co-produce, and co-grow”, consisting of the innovative cooperation with other educational institutions within Wat Srisuttawat (Royal Temple).
