Abstract

               The objectives of the research article were (1) to study implementation of professional learning community in Phrapariyattidhamma schools on General Education Department in Loei province, and (2) to study development guidelines for the implementation of professional learning community in Phrapariyattidhamma schools on General Education Department in Loei province. The samples were 118 teachers of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools on General Education in Loei province, in the academic year 2020, selected through the stratified random sampling upon the school base, and repeated the sample selection through the simple random sampling upon the proportion of the population in the group. The tool used for data collection was the 5-point rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis comprised mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The qualitative data on the guidelines for the research were collected from seven key informants and engaged in the content analysis.

               The research results were as follows: 1) The implementation of professional learning community in Phrapariyattidhamma schools on General Education in Loei province was found to be overall at a high level. Separately considered in the descending order of the average score, they were the educational policy, direction and strategy, followed by promotion and development of teachers and educational personnel, and promotion of organizational educational atmosphere, respectively. 2) The development guidelines for the implementation of professional learning community in Phrapariyattidhamma schools on General Education in Loei province consisted of (1) recognition of professional learning community implementation in schools, (2) production of work confidence atmosphere, and (3) administers’ response to development, etc.
